Ideal Recruit Ltd is seeking a skilled Class 1 driver to join our team in Skelmersdale. As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a Class 1 HGV vehicle on curtain-sided trailers for depot deliveries and collections
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay rates: £16.25 (Monday - Friday days), £16.81 (Monday - Friday nights), £19.05 (Saturdays), £19.95 (Sundays), and £25 (night out)
  • Sign-up bonuses: £100 after 4 weeks and £100 after 8 weeks
  • Flexible shift patterns, including day, night, and weekend shifts
  • Minimum 8 hours per day guaranteed
Requirements:
  • HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 1 year's experience
  • Valid CPC and Tacho card
  • No more than 6 points for minor offences
