About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care programs using a strength-based recovery-focused approach.
  • Work in partnership with patients, carers, and other professionals/agencies to provide compassionate and person-centered care.
  • Participate in regular Nurse Line Management Supervision and Clinical Supervision.
  • Supervise the practice of others, undertake mentorship/preceptorship responsibilities, and contribute to the learning and development of the staff team.
Requirements

The post-holder must have a Live PIN with the NMC.UK and be able to work in a rotational 12-hour shift pattern. We encourage applications from all sections of the community and are proud of our diverse workforce.

NHS Scotland is reducing its full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro-rata for part-time staff.
