Job Title: Senior M&E Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior M&E Project Manager to join our team at LTM Recruitment Specialists Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale M&E projects, including education and hospital projects, from our client's North East office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large-scale M&E projects, including education and hospital projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, including commercial duties, planning, and estimation
  • Procure materials, manage quality and risk assessments, and implement HSE policy on site
  • Lead teams of project managers and site managers, and manage sub-contractors
  • Develop and implement training programs for project teams
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience as a project manager in M&E services
  • Excellent client-facing skills and ability to deal with consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Good understanding of the complete project lifecycle, from programming to final commissioning and handover
  • PRINCE2 qualification or similar project management certification
  • Degree in Building Services Engineering or similar Engineering subject
