We are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our team. The role involves assisting in the loading and unloading of various products, particularly dairy items, within a temperature-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently load and unload stock for distribution.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate tracking of products.
- Operate counterbalance forklifts and other warehouse machinery.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals who possess a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse operations and be capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.

Essential Skills:
- Physical stamina with the ability to lift items weighing up to 14KG.
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and safety protocols.
- Proficient in operating counterbalance forklifts and similar equipment.
- Ability to comprehend and follow safety guidelines and operational instructions.

Licensing Requirements:
A valid Counterbalance Forklift license is mandatory.

Work Schedule:
Shifts will rotate weekly, including:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM and 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM the following week.
- Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
- Alternative shifts may include early morning starts.

Contract Type:
This position is initially temporary, with the potential for permanent placement after a designated period for suitable candidates.

Compensation:
- Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour, with overtime at £15.75 per hour for hours exceeding 40 per week.
- Expected hours: Minimum of 45 hours per week.
