Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards, and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Deputise for the Head Chef as and when required, taking charge of the kitchen and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Deliver training to new members of the kitchen team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure that we have the right ingredients and supplies to meet demand.

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, ideally from a fast-paced, branded operation.
  • Mountains of personality, a passion for food, customer service, hospitality, and people.
