Regulatory Solicitor, NQ - 3 years PQE, Manchester, Competitive salary and benefits. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join an award-winning firm and develop a career in a specialist area of law.

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the expanding Regulatory team, you will specialise in advising clients within the transport sector on all aspects of regulatory compliance and litigated defence.

You will assist clients in obtaining licenses, navigating Public Inquiry hearings, handling Border Force appeals, and advising and auditing compliance. Engage with a diverse client base to explore options for litigation resolution and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Newly qualified Solicitors and candidates with up to 3 years PQE are encouraged to apply. You should demonstrate experience in Regulatory and Litigation law.
