About the Role:

This is a leadership role in which you will manage and optimize security protocols, routing solutions, DDoS mitigation, IP transit, and advanced troubleshooting. You will lead a highly skilled IP engineering team and be an ongoing mentor, driving a best-in-class culture of continuous improvement and playing a lead role in the development of new services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize IP-based solutions to ensure high-performance and reliability
  • Lead a team of IP engineers in the development and implementation of new services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IP engineering, with a strong background in managing and optimizing IP-based solutions
  • Experience gained within a Tier 1 global carrier or service provider
  • Strong experience of deploying L3 MPLS services in TPv4/6 networks
  • Strong troubleshooting and issue management experience
  • Team leadership/mentoring experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
