Paid Social Director

Key Responsibilities
The Biddable Director will be responsible for leading the Paid Social team and overseeing all Paid Social planning and activation across the client remit. This includes delivering best-in-class thinking and output for clients, as well as assisting with new business responses for the Paid Social channel.
Key Performance Indicators
- Deliver best-in-class Paid Social planning and activation
- Assist with new business responses for the Paid Social channel
- Support the Head of Social Activation and Head of Biddable in setting expectations across the team
- Define brilliant BAU and work closely with media and technology providers to ensure best practices are adhered to
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing clients and teams within Paid Social, with a focus on driving commercial results and ROI for clients. They will also have operational excellence and strategic thinking, as well as experience in nurturing, developing, and managing highly motivated and efficient teams.
