Company Overview

The Recruitment Co. is a leading provider of recruitment services to the medical manufacturing industry. We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

The Regulatory Affairs Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all requirements related to the creation and upkeep of product documentation and labelling. This includes working with label programs such as Bartender and Nice Labels, ensuring accuracy, completeness and detail of product documentation and labels, and creating labels and documentation for products according to specifications.

Responsibilities

  • General administrative skills in an engineering office setting.
  • Assist with the creation and upkeep of product specification documentation.
  • Work to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for product specifications.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and detail of product documentation and labels.
  • Create labels and documentation for products according to specifications.
  • Maintain up to date documentation and compliant specifications for products and their labels.
  • Assist in preparing for and participating in regulatory agency audits and inspections.
  • Manage your own workload and effectively liaise & communicate with others to accomplish deadlines and objectives.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good level of IT Skills and Software proficiency.
  • A self starter that is able to work to deadlines.
  • Experience with Label Programs is advantageous.
  • Previous Administration experience is essential.
  • Previous Regulatory Administration experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in manufacturing, highly regulated administrative/office work and experience working with international partners and suppliers is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and progress in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
