This dynamic team environment requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with international agents, vendors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with international agents and vendors to ensure timely processing of shipments.
  • Track and trace Ocean Import files, utilizing internal tools and external resources.
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate the smooth handling of import shipments and resolve operational issues.
  • Adhere to customer standard operating procedures and update changes promptly.
  • Maintain effective overseas communications and reconcile service provider invoices.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding, import/export operations, or related logistics field.
  • Adequate understanding of ocean freight operations, including import regulations, documentation, customs procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms) and shipping documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing shipping documentation.
