Norse Waste Solutions is responsible for the specialized trade waste services for Norse Group in Norfolk, catering to both small enterprises and large commercial clients. In addition to standard trade and recycling waste, we also handle the collection and disposal of hazardous and electrical materials.

Job Overview

We are seeking to hire a HGV Driver / Loader on a casual basis to assist our operations in the Great Yarmouth & Costessey areas.

This casual contract allows for a flexible working arrangement tailored to your availability, with shifts arranged in consultation with your supervisor.

Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of waste collection and management, including operating the waste collection vehicle and providing loading and disposal assistance as needed. The specifics of your role will depend on the needs of the team you are supporting, alternating between driving and loading duties as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

While prior experience in waste management, whether in collection or disposal, is beneficial, we are willing to offer training and support in this area.

  • A valid HGV (Class 2) Driving Licence along with the appropriate CPC Qualification is necessary for this position.
