We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our dynamic team, covering the North West region, including Liverpool and Manchester. As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will be responsible for providing top-class service to developers and clients, working from your home office base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation and conversion of leads to achieve targets
• Excellent relationship management of developer accounts, including regular sales meetings and site visits
• Providing professional and quality advice from the whole of market
• Maintaining company policy of treating customers fairly

Requirements:

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) with at least 12 months recent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
