This "Outstanding" rated care home provides high-quality nursing care and residential care services, offering compassionate and professional support to younger adults and older people.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee and develop all aspects of service provision, ensuring adherence to policy guidelines, legislation, and organisational policies.
- To manage and supervise staff, enabling them to maximise their potential through leadership, mentoring, and support.
- To establish and maintain a care environment based on the values of the provider, prioritising individual needs and mutual respect between residents and staff.
To be considered for this RGN General Manager role, you will need:
- A current registered PIN with the NMC (RGN).
- At least 4 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role within nursing and dementia care.
- Hold Level 4 as a minimum or LMC Level 4 Award Interview Leadership.
- An excellent understanding of the needs of older people and those affected by dementia, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care standards.
- Strong experience of managing financial budgets and demonstrating leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring.
