Overview

We are seeking a qualified individual to become a vital part of our team, delivering exceptional employee services through effective administrative support, ensuring that our workforce feels appreciated and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative and Transactional Support: Offer comprehensive administrative assistance throughout the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to references, payments for first aid and fire wardens, administration of company vehicles, processing leavers, managing overpayments, and extending probation periods.
  • First Point of Contact: Address employee-related inquiries through various channels including online portals, telephone, email, and postal correspondence.
  • Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding journey from Offer Approval to Day 1, which encompasses generating offer letters and contracts, conducting pre-boarding checks, managing pending hires, and assisting with queries from new starters.
  • Attendance Management Assistance: Provide support for the Attendance Management process, which includes managing Notifications of Absences, Fit Notes, and Attendance Counseling.
  • Additional People Support: Assist with supplementary people-related tasks as required, in addition to core duties, to ensure the smooth operation of the People Team and the delivery of People Services.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to handle a varied workload with strong administrative and coordination capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of all facets of a People function, with proficiency in managing first-line inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with People Team Systems and the ability to collaborate with technical experts.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams across different cultures and locations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration at all organizational levels.
  • Proactive in identifying new opportunities and questioning established practices.
  • Capacity to cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Good understanding of business operations.
  • Team-oriented approach with outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
