Position Overview: The Hospitality Assistant plays a crucial role in collaborating with the Hospitality Manager and the Assistant Hospitality Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional front and back of house services at UK Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Service: Timely serving and clearing of catering items from meeting rooms.
- Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for the upkeep of coffee machines in the front of house area.
- Environment Management: Regular inspections of the members' area to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
- Fine Dining Support: Providing waiting services for upscale lunches and dinners, with additional hours compensated as overtime.
- Kitchen Duties: General responsibilities including laundering of tableware linen.
- Stock Management: Overseeing stock levels of consumables in both front and back of house, including wine, coffee, tea, and squash.
- Equipment Care: Ensuring the proper care and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Team Assistance: Supporting the Facilities team during peak periods or in the event of staff absences.
- Furniture Management: Assisting with furniture relocation as required.
Additional Responsibilities: Any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned.
