Job Title: Pot Wash Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pot Wash Assistant to join our team at Boundary Mill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our pot wash area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the pot wash area is clean and tidy at all times
  • Clean all cutlery and crockery to a high standard
  • Restock cutlery and crockery as needed
  • Keep the pot wash and cutlery machine clean and well-maintained
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our kitchen goals
  • Assist with general housekeeping duties in the restaurant
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but full training will be provided
