Compensation: £31.01 per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with officers to reduce rough sleeping in the area.
  • Engage with individuals experiencing homelessness, with complex needs, and at risk of becoming street homeless.
  • Work with internal and external agencies to provide comprehensive support services.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a small team.
  • Commitment to working with vulnerable populations, resilience, empathy, and data analysis skills.

Important Notes:

  • Availability to start immediately or on short notice is required.
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
  • An enhanced DBS check is necessary for this role.
