Supply Clerk Job Description

M&E Global Resources Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Clerk to join our team. As a Supply Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Storing: Receive, store, and issue equipment, material, merchandise, or tools, and compile stock records in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
  • Inventory Management: Count, sort, or weigh incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisitions or invoices.
  • Stockroom Operations: Unpack and pack Mobility Readiness Spares Packages, performing inventory and stock replacement.
  • Quality Control: Examine stock to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Supply Issuance: Fill orders or issue supplies from stock.
  • Reporting: Compile reports on consumption of stocked items, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, spoilage of or damage to stocked items, location changes, and refusal of shipments.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior supply experience is required, although additional training will be provided on site.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
