Role Overview

This position is designed for Laminators, GRP Repairers, and Support Operatives who will receive comprehensive in-house training to develop the necessary skills for success in multiple roles within our organization.

Compensation

Basic Pay: £11.06 per hour, with additional overtime opportunities.

Shift Patterns

We offer a variety of shift options, including:

  • Early Shift (Monday – Thursday)
  • Back Shift (Monday – Thursday)
  • Day Shift (Monday – Thursday)
  • Night Shift (Monday – Thursday)
  • Weekend Shift (Friday – Sunday)

Shift premiums apply: £2.77 for Back, Night, and Weekend shifts; £0.87 for Early shifts.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is ideal for candidates with a hands-on background and experience in using hand tools within a manufacturing setting. If you possess basic skills in Engineering or Carpentry, or have previously worked alongside tradespeople, this position may be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Laminator/GRP Repairer: Responsible for gel application, laminating, and repairing molds, including filling, rubbing, buffing, and polishing damaged GRP molds.
  • Fit Out Operative: Assemble various components using hand tools, requiring manual dexterity and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
