Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Gleeson Development Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our development projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Management: You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of our development projects, including cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Cost Control: You will work closely with our construction team to ensure that costs are accurately estimated and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Financial Analysis: You will analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with our commercial team to ensure that all commercial aspects of the project are aligned with our business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in quantity surveying and commercial management.
  • Skills: You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: You will have a degree in a relevant field, such as quantity surveying or construction management.
