Job Title: Care Home Night Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team in a care home setting. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage the health needs of residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse.
  • Previous experience in a care home or clinical setting, preferably in a night shift role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resident-centered care.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £25.00.

Working Hours:

  • 10 hour shifts, 12 hour shifts, and 8 hour shifts available.
  • Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

License/Certification: NMC registration is required for this role.

Work Location: In-person, within our care home facility.
