Overview:
Our client, a reputable organization in Wallisdown, is seeking a dedicated Mailroom Associate to manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and accurate data entry for valued clients. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-time commitment, working Monday to Friday as a Mailroom Associate.
2. Conduct front-end mailroom operations, including sorting and preparing documents for scanning to the appropriate departments.
3. Facilitate the handling of incoming and outgoing mail services.
4. Open and process mail directed to the office while discarding any irrelevant correspondence.
5. Maintain a record of registered mail.
6. Work independently to achieve daily production targets.
7. Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with quality standards set by the client.
8. Undertake various additional responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proficiency in computer systems, specifically Windows 7 and Windows 10.
2. Strong work ethic and reliability.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Keen attention to detail.
