Valuations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuations Manager to join our team at Warner Scott Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert valuation services to our clients, including transaction pricing, fund reporting, and fairness opinions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as project manager for engagements, including day-to-day contact with clients and drafting effective storyboards.
  • Attend client meetings and lead/present sections of work with clarity and impact.
  • Take responsibility for the quality of deliverables, clearly linking findings to valuation models and explaining key drivers in reports.
  • Direct the team during projects, ensuring appropriate objectives are agreed and deliver comprehensive written reports tailored to client needs.
  • Use initiative and sound judgment to identify key issues and client needs, developing suggested solutions and consulting with team members as required.
  • Build and review financial and valuation models of various complexity levels.
Requirements:
  • ACA or equivalent financial qualification.
  • Valuation experience, ideally gained in a professional services commercial valuations environment.
  • Understanding of valuation methodologies, including discounted cash flow and capitalised earnings methods.
  • Strong quantitative and Excel/modelling skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality presentations and analysis.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver high-quality work.
