Job Summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join our team. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, finances, and private children cases.

About the Role

This is a permanent role based in Kidderminster or Stourport, with the option to work 4/5 days a week and enjoy hybrid working arrangements. You will be part of a large and established family team, with a focus on privately funded family work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, finances, and private children cases
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, but also have the opportunity to supervise and support more junior members of the team
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the family team, including sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues
  • Meet the firm's high standards of client care and service delivery

Requirements

  • 5 years' PQE in privately funded family work
  • Ability to work free of significant supervision
  • Supervision experience and desire to help and support more junior members of the team
  • Panel membership/resolution advantageous
