The successful candidate will have significant experience of working at a senior level, with a strong understanding of the not-for-profit sector and its challenges. They will be able to execute organisational growth, lead a similar or larger size successful organisation, and motivate, recruit, develop, retain, and mentor high-performance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership and drive organisational success
- Maintain regular and ongoing communication with the Board of Trustees
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to drive growth
- Represent the organisation at events, conferences, and partnership meetings
- Ensure financial stability and sustainability
Requirements:
- Significant experience of working at a senior level
- Strong understanding of the not-for-profit sector and its challenges
- Experience of executing organisational growth and leading a similar or larger size successful organisation
- Excellent written, oral, and public speaking skills
- Strong business acumen, including an understanding of financial information
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £40,000K - £43,000 per year, reviewed annually
- 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays (additional day per year up to 30 days)
