Duty Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated Duty Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations at our leisure center. You will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality performance and leading a team of Lifeguards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
  • Manage and motivate operational staff effectively.
  • Oversee the daily duties and smooth running of the leisure center.
  • Contribute to the center's overall performance and budget management.
  • Be an active and engaged member of the leisure center team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills, customer service experience, and staff management techniques.
  • Make independent decisions and respond effectively to diverse demands.
