Senior Management Accountant

Orka Financial is seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our team in Reading. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our accounting records and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the production of monthly management accounts
- Provide financial analysis and variance analysis
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- Coordinate the audit process
- Assist with statutory financial statements preparation
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with solid management accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days a week office based)
