Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 (dependent on experience)

Location: Cumbria

Shift: Continental 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shift (6:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 6:00)

Purpose of the Role:

To provide timely and effective maintenance support to production operations, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Respond to and resolve engineering issues and equipment breakdowns in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with production teams to understand equipment needs and develop maintenance plans to meet those needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
