This role offers a unique chance to join a high-performing procurement and contract management team, with excellent development opportunities and a high level of executive sponsorship.

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to manage a range of high-value contracts, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. With a focus on business-critical contracts, the role will involve working with individual contracts across indirect categories of spend, ranging from £5m to £20m.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of business-critical contracts
  • Strategic management of relationships with key suppliers
  • Management of KPIs/Service Level Agreements
  • Advice and coaching of stakeholders on best practice
  • Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the candidate will require demonstrable contract management experience, with a strong understanding of best practice and processes in procurement. Excellent communication skills, a flexible and emotionally intelligent approach to stakeholder management, and a self-motivated and solutions-focused approach to work are essential.

The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, be able to work in a highly collaborative environment, and have a strong understanding of procurement and contract management principles.
