Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to healthcare practitioners, completing medical reports and providing guidance to the department for work and pensions.
  • Deliver clinical coaching and mentoring to new and tenured healthcare practitioners, typically in their assessment centre.
  • Support the delivery of quality, productivity, and service level targets by providing clinical expertise and judgment.
  • Develop and foster a culture of excellence with both quality and productivity.
  • Review and analyze MI data to understand trends locally and within the wider teams.

Requirements:

  • A WCA Approved Healthcare Professional (Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist)
  • A minimum of 2 years working as an Approved Healthcare Professional with Employment and Support Allowance and Universal Credit
  • Excellent report writing skills, able to communicate effectively, able to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
