ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing guest accommodations and common areas to ensure a comfortable stay.
  • Providing exceptional service in the dining area, including meal service and Afternoon Tea.
  • Assisting in the preparation of picnic lunches for guests' outdoor excursions.
  • Engaging with guests to enhance their experience and ensure their needs are met.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills:

  • Prior experience in hospitality or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • A collaborative spirit and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
