Lounge is a dynamic and fast-growing business that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our talented chefs to ensure every customer leaves happy.
Your Role
As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of kitchen cleaning and food preparation. You'll support our Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring it's clean, well-organised, and operating efficiently. You'll also jump in to help the rest of the team deliver freshly cooked food on-spec, on-time, every time.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a natural talent and passion for hospitality. You'll be extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles, with good communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust. You'll be a self-motivator, working at pace with limited supervision while adhering to pressure and timescales. Strong knowledge of best practice on all things allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety is essential.
