Role Responsibilities: The Senior Product Management Lead will operate within the Digital, Data, and Technology Division, dedicated to delivering high-quality IT platforms, products, and services that enhance the project’s digital capabilities.
This role encompasses the overall quality assurance of products. Reporting to a Lead Product Manager, you will collaborate with a team of five in the HR and Employee Efficiency sector, overseeing the implementation of Microsoft 365 (M365) fundamentals.
Key Duties Include:
- Managing a suite of products and workflows associated with M365 fundamentals (including SharePoint, Clip Chart, and Loop).
- Overseeing the complete product lifecycle, from project planning and requirements gathering to testing, training, and launch.
- Enhancing user journeys and integrating solutions with the organization’s existing architecture.
- Supervising various vendors responsible for technology supply and support, ensuring service quality and user satisfaction.
- Implementing improvements and managing user experience and behaviors to deliver reliable products that meet expectations.
Strategic Responsibilities: The Product Function is tasked with defining the vision and strategy for multiple products, managing demand, and engaging with stakeholders to create value for users. This includes collaboration with the Architecture Function to develop new and existing products and services.
Management of Suppliers: You will be responsible for the daily oversight of suppliers delivering various product development capabilities.
Work Environment: The position offers a hybrid work model, with the expectation of in-office presence one day a week.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Product Management within the Digital, Technology, or Data sectors, with a strong background in managing user feedback environments. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with vendors and senior executives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Product Management of M365 fundamentals, with strategic insight and familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies.
- Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong problem articulation skills to facilitate understanding and implementation of necessary changes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Digital and Technology product development and administration.
