About the Role

CNC Precision is seeking an experienced EDM Spark Eroder to join their team of skilled engineers. As an EDM Spark Eroder, you will be responsible for machining a range of metals into precision components for high-end aerospace, defense, and medical applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machining precision components using EDM technology
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical diagrams
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
  • Providing feedback to team leaders and shop floor staff on technical issues and potential risks
  • Contributing to the development of new technologies and manufacturing techniques
Requirements
  • Experience working with EDM machines, with training provided for Sodick or Wire Erosion machines
  • Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workload and business requirements
