Job Summary:
Grandir UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Toad Hall Day Nursery in Rayleigh. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery, ensuring that practice and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Ensure the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
