Job Summary:

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery, ensuring that practice and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Ensure the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
  • Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
  • Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
