Critical Facilities Technician

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Shift Technician to join our team in London. As a Data Center Shift Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the data center's critical facilities and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our data center services.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain the data center's electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspecting, and testing equipment and systems.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues and alarms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures, and report any incidents or near misses.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in data center operations and maintenance.
- HV Authorised Person certification.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
