Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and other needs. You'll work closely with our team to provide person-centered support, enabling our service users to live independently and fulfill their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and other needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and hobbies that promote their well-being and independence
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Administer medication and provide first aid as required
Requirements
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with complex needs
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
