As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and the consistent delivery of delicious meals. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other team members to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Prepare classic Italian dishes according to established recipes and guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the kitchen team
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Your Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in an Italian or similar cuisine environment
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Italian cooking techniques
