National Lottery Heritage Fund Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our National Lottery Heritage Fund project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in heritage management, project coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage the project's administrative tasks, including grant reporting, budgeting, and financial management.
- Work closely with the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability's archivist to ensure the project's success and meet the National Lottery Heritage Fund's requirements.
- Manage and coordinate the project's communication and outreach activities, including stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and media relations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Digital: Works, and the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability's staff and patients.
- Ensure the project's compliance with the National Lottery Heritage Fund's guidelines and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate the project's evaluation and impact assessment activities.
- Develop and maintain a project website and social media channels to promote the project's activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Higher qualification and extensive professional experience in heritage management, project coordination, and team leadership.
- Strong research background and thorough understanding of Victorian health or social care institutions.
- Experience in handling and working with fragile archive material, including photographic and/or audio visual collections.
- Familiarity with using archives, records, or other collections management systems, particularly AtoM.
- Awareness of GDPR and copyright regulations relating to archive collections that contain highly sensitive personal data.
- Experience of conducting and/or editing oral history interviews or podcasts.
- Friendly and empathetic manner, with training or significant experience in communicating with patients with complex disabilities.
- Knowledge of image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of web content management systems, such as WordPress.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and video conferencing platforms, such as Zoom.
