Join Origin Legal Ltd as a Senior Probate Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Probate Solicitor to join our team at Origin Legal Ltd. Our client is a modern and progressive top-tier law firm that takes pride in developing its lawyers.

Based in East London, our client has grown substantially over the last 10 years to a turnover of £9m and over 50 fee earners. They are now a Top 200 UK Law firm with a strong business plan for further growth and development, aiming to double in size in the next five years.

As a Senior Probate Solicitor, you will be part of a department of 16 Lawyers, turning over well in excess of £3m in fees. You will have a broad background in all aspects of Probate and administration of estates, Taxation, will drafting, powers of attorney, court of protection, and elderly client matters.

We are looking to make an additional four hires into the team and are willing to consider candidates of any PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a law firm that is at an exciting stage of its development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on Probate and estate administration matters
  • Managing a caseload of complex Probate and estate administration cases
  • Working closely with other departments to provide a seamless service to clients
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong background in Probate and estate administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
