About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeper to join our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for our patients by cleaning and preparing various areas of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and prioritize cleaning tasks to ensure that all areas of the hospital are clean and tidy at all times.
- Use cleaning products and equipment effectively to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Report any incidents or concerns to the relevant team members to ensure that infection prevention and control compliances are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
