Job Description

Job Title: Experienced Field Service Engineer - Bioenergy Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at HoSt Group. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for organizing, planning, and conducting service and preventative maintenance on bioenergy systems to ensure their proper functioning. Your role will involve supervising contractors during the plant's construction phase and participating in a 24/7 site/emergency support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and plan service and preventative maintenance on bioenergy systems
  • Supervise contractors during the plant's construction phase
  • Participate in a 24/7 site/emergency support team
  • Adjust, optimize, and maintain systems
  • Provide failure services
  • Organize, plan, and perform commissioning and testing of bioenergy systems
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs)
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions in bioenergy systems
  • Inspect control systems, covering both hardware and software aspects

Requirements:

  • Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering
  • Familiarity with aspects of an Anaerobic Digestion / Biogas Plant or a similar process/plant environment
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work overtime
  • Organized with a can-do attitude
  • Maintain professionalism at all times
  • Cat B, clean driving license
