Electrical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience working in Building Services, with a strong background in project delivery and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of electrical engineers to deliver projects on time and to budget.
  • Acting as a mentor and role model for junior engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Attending site visits to ensure projects are progressing smoothly and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, including proficiency in design software such as Revit and AutoCAD. A professional registration (CEng/IEng) is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000, plus a generous holiday allowance and the opportunity to work with the latest technologies.
