We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Assistant to join our team at RE People. As a Senior Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting practice with all aspects of the day-to-day running of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with financial document preparation, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Carry out bank reconciliations, process payroll, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks and Xero, to input information accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform administrative duties as required, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements
- A solid background in accounting principles, demonstrated through work experience in a similar role.
- Experience using accounting software, preferably QuickBooks and Xero.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach to work, with a strong team player attitude.
