Job Title: Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain financial controls and systems, identifying opportunities for process improvements and standardizing finance processes.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including month-end analysis and commentary, to support management decision-making.
  • Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly flash reports, as well as statutory financial statements and tax return completion.
Requirements:
  • Part-qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, with 3+ years of experience in a finance role.
  • Experience working in a shared services role, preferably in a similar operating model and size of organization.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Experience of process improvements and standardizing finance processes.
