About The Role

We're seeking passionate individuals to become part of our Butlin's Team. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we're looking for amazing team members to join us in our bar and restaurant teams. No experience is necessary, and we'll provide all the training you need.

Working alongside a fantastic team, we'll support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly excel. If you're looking for progression, we have plenty of opportunities to develop within our restaurant teams and across the wider Butlin's business.

About You

You don't need any experience to work with us. If you have a warm, friendly manner and enjoy chatting with people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working with our team. If you do have any previous experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Being a great team player is essential, and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

Our resorts are open during the week and on weekends, so you'll need some flexibility. As a night cleaner, you'll be responsible for full cleaning of the bar or restaurant areas and back-of-house areas after closing time. The role will include both lone working and working as part of a team during the hours of 11pm-8am. Please note that due to lone working and hours required for the role, applicants must be over 18 to apply.
