About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exam Invigilator. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of examinations at Outwood Grange Academies Trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting out and collecting exam papers and materials
- Admitting students to the exam hall/room and invigilating
- Undertaking reading and scribing duties for students
- Ensuring correct exam procedures are followed
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
