About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at IOSH. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving strategic change and business improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions to business problems.
  • Design and implement business process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide analytical support to inform business decisions and drive strategic change.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of project management, requirements gathering, and analysis techniques.
  • A broad, enterprise-wide view of business with appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies and governance.
  • Proven experience in a Business Analysis or Systems Analysis role.
  • Experience of developing and using high-level models as required to collect and aggregate complex and conflicting information about the business.
