About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lift Engineer to join our team in North West, North East, and Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering the North and Midlands area with occasional travel to Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with various schematic diagrams, drawings, and manuals to ensure efficient lift maintenance and repair.
  • Be responsible for third-party items involved in projects, including identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in third-party training to enhance skills and knowledge, and undergo site training for working in specialist environments.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively, seeking guidance when necessary.
Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering
  • Experience in repairs, service, or installation
  • Excellent customer skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong health and safety knowledge
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to adapt to changing situations and environments
  • Desire to develop skills in Lift engineering to potentially become NVQ4 qualified tester/technician
