What Will You Be Doing?

Collaboration is essential for ensuring our stores flourish within their communities. At the core of effective teamwork are outstanding leaders: individuals like you who nurture, develop, and oversee an exceptional team.

With strong leadership comes significant responsibility. As a role model for the behaviors and standards you wish to instill in your teams, you will help communicate and guide our operational methods for new colleagues, providing them with the necessary growth to excel.

Our customers, members, and communities are truly at the heart of everything we do. You will strive to exceed expectations, delivering the best experience to every customer whenever they need it. You will help maintain the excellent rapport our colleagues have with the members of our communities.

In this diverse role, you will work closely with the management team, assisting in the daily operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing performance, including conducting evaluations and addressing underperformance.
  • Ensuring team members comply with Society policies and procedures.
  • Taking charge of the store's financial performance and compliance.
  • Managing attendance, including conducting return-to-work interviews and improvement discussions.
  • Understanding scheduling and productivity metrics.
  • Ensuring team members receive training and maintaining training records.
  • Communicating essential messages and priorities to the team.
  • Prioritizing tasks to maximize sales opportunities and meet customer expectations.
  • Leading change initiatives.
  • Ensuring all team members adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Guaranteeing colleague safety.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the store.

We believe in our colleagues and are committed to their growth and development. You will receive comprehensive training to help you reach your full potential, with opportunities available for advancement into other roles in the future.

Are You the Right Fit?

If you have prior experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Duty Manager in a Customer Service environment, you will bring a genuine passion for customer service.

You should be enthusiastic, demonstrating initiative, and possess the ability to work with agility and adaptability.

We seek individuals who take ownership of their development, with the capability to identify and cultivate great talent within their team through effective coaching.

Being open-minded and inquisitive, you will stay informed about current and upcoming promotions. You will recognize growth opportunities, offering suggestions that may enhance the overall store operation, focusing on delivery and commercial success.

As a warm and approachable team member, your enthusiasm for engaging with our customers will naturally translate into your commitment to providing exceptional service every day. You will be a valuable team player, fostering respect, support, and empathy among others, building relationships that create a foundation for achieving goals.

You will guide your team as you collaborate to support future progress within the store and celebrate team achievements.

You will make a positive impact in your community and inspire a motivated, informed, and engaged team.

What’s in It for You?

We offer flexibility and welcome applications for job share or part-time opportunities, as well as those seeking full-time roles.

Alongside competitive salaries, our colleagues enjoy:

  • Generous colleague discount, including up to 20% off our products.
